The Importance of Guest Blogging
Guest blogging has become one of the most important content marketing tools. If you're not taking the time to guest blog, you're missing out on several key benefits that could be a huge boost to your company’s online marketing strategy.
Guest blogging provides a mutually beneficial relationship where both you and the blog you're writing for gain advantages. The blog owner gets quality content for the blog, and your agency gets the following benefits:
1. Exposure and brand awareness
The goal of guest blogging is about creating high-quality content that generates brand awareness, building your audience through exposure. Readers may overlook a single post linking to your agency, but they will start to recognize your name after being exposed to multiple articles from various sources that showcase your agency in a positive light. This is what branding is all about.
2. Credibility
Positive brand awareness automatically leads to increased credibility. Just think of the authors you have seen frequently published on About.com or Huffington Post, for example. Those writers who have multiple postings are viewed as more credible than others in their respective fields who haven't focused on exposing their brand.
3. Networking
Guest blogging can help drive conversations on your agency's Facebook page, generate new leads, be a great source of support from other insurance agents, and allow you to meet other bloggers who may be willing to contribute guest posts on your own blog.
4. Targeted traffic
Guest blogging is an affordable way to promote your name, your agency, and the products you sell. When you write a guest post, you aren't spending money on advertisements designed to increase traffic to your Web site.

How to Avoid the Office Cold
Proper hand washing gets rid of 95 percent of most germs so do not forgot to lather – rinse and repeat! Those three words may be your best defense against getting a nasty cold.
But while hand washing is so effective against the spread of germs, astonishingly, one in three people do not wash after using the restroom. Yes, I know it’s shocking!
So, shaking someone's dirty hand and then touching your own eyes, mouth or nose is a sure way to spread the virus and pick up the misery of an itchy throat, stuffy head, runny nose, fever and coughing.
Avoiding people with colds is one strategy to staying healthy, but since it only takes 10 to 100 particles of a common cold virus to launch an infection and since colds are easily spread from one person to the next through virus-laden droplets in the air, that isn't always easy to do.

The Importance of Breathing Exercises
Everyone should be taught to breathe properly so as to bring the full lungs into play.
Inspiration is when you fill the lungs with air, meanwhile forcing the abdomen well forward so that the lower parts of the lungs are filled first.
Expiration is when you expel the air forcibly by pressing the stomach or abdomen inward and upward against the lower part of the lungs.
Exercise One: Inhale through the nose while raising arms sidewise, height of shoulders. Keep lungs inflated while lightly tapping left side of chest with right first. Bring the right arm back to the first position and then lightly tap the right side of the chest with your left first. Exhale through your mouth and then lower your arms.
Exercise Two: Raise your arms forward and up, then raise hells while slowly inhaling. Exhale while lowering your arms sidewise, and lowering your heels. Repeat these three to five times.
Exercise Three: Take a long, deep breath while raising your arms sidewise, at the level of your shoulders. Keep your lungs inflated while making a shoulder circular motion five times backward and forward.
After a few weeks of doing these three exercises, you will find yourself feeling healthier and sleeping better.

Business Negotiation
Neil Haboush is a Montreal businessman who advocates for the benefits of business etiquette and practicing yoga and meditation.
Business negotiation is the solution to reach an agreement or to solve the disagreement. It is also a process of exchanging, discussing and even arguing about the issue. In business, it is mostly through negotiation that exporters and importers bridge the difference and reach a fair and mutually satisfactory deal.
Language is a chief measure used in business negotiation. However, language is often taken for granted perhaps because it is used every day, and its powers left unexamined unless serious problems with its use arise. Negotiators may have their attention focused on the more material aspects of an issue they are discussing and neglect the fundamental role language is playing in the representation of the aspects. Yet if the language used is inadequate for its purposes or the representation is at fault, the whole interaction may falter or fail. Successful negotiators must not take language for granted in the difficult and complex world of human interaction.
Remember that a successful negotiation does not mean winning by defeating the other party, but winning by getting what both parties want.

Instilling a Work Ethic in Our Children
Neil Haboush is a Montreal businessman who advocates for the benefits of business etiquette and practicing yoga and meditation.
I believe in the importance of establishing and developing a work ethic among adolescents and young adults. My first job as a babysitter back when I was thirteen years old, instilled in me a set of values and a strong work ethic that set me on my mission of success towards all of what I have achieved in my professional career today.
A work ethic in my opinion is the belief that people are personally accountable and responsible for what they accomplish coupled with the understanding that what they are accomplishing is something worthwhile. It increases the odds they will do well in school and, later, in their careers. It also fosters a sense of personal responsibility. Time and again, we've seen the positive impact of a work ethic on children's maturity and success.
Encourage your children to apply for jobs during the summer time. Be supportive of them when they start their first job and always encourage them especially at times when they feel like giving up!

Working Out with Adjustable Dumbbells & Barbells
You may want to consider an adjustable dumbbell kit, which consists of two short bars and several weight plates that you can clamp onto the bars. While adjustable dumbbells can save space and money, constantly adding and removing weight plates can become time consuming. You can also purchase adjustable dumbbells that allow you to easily add and remove weight. To select the amount of weight you want to lift, you insert a pin into a hole that corresponds to the weight. When you remove the dumbbell from the block, the dumbbell will contain only the amount of weight you selected.
Adding a barbell to your home gym allows you to lift heavier weights and vary your workout. You can get barbells with fixed weights, but barbells that consist of a bar that you can add weight plates to are more practical. There are different types of bars available, such as a standard bar or Olympic bar. A standard bar can vary in length from 5 to 7 feet, weights around 20 lbs and is ideal for home use. An Olympic bar, which is about 7 feet and weighs 45 pounds, is usually used when working large muscle groups, such as your legs, back and chest.

Set up a Home Gym
If you decide to weight train at home, there are several factors before setting up a home gym.
When choosing the area to set up the gym, consider traffic flow, safety, the equipment you want to include and whether you will want to expand the gym in the future. You should also determine the amount of space available in the area, since this will determine what you can fit in the room.
Your gym should include components for weight training as well as aerobic and flexibility training. Make sure the equipment you purchase is appropriate to you interests and current fitness level but will also be able to adjust as your fitness level increases.
Dumbbells
Dumbbells are more versatile than barbells, which makes dumbbells a more practical purchase for your home gym. For best results, start with five pairs of dumbbells of varying weight instead of buying only one pair and using them for every exercise.
Dumbbell Rack
Using a rack to store your dumbbells can help save space, keep your workout area tidy and make it easier for you to retrieve dumbbells. If space is limited, consider a vertical rather than a horizontal rack, since the vertical rack requires less space.
History of Golf
Golf is just another descendant of field hockey, the great grandfather of all games played with a ball and stick. Golf has been called an ancient game by some historians because drawings do exist that show shepherds in the 17th century using their crooks to drive pebbles around and about. That however, we can argue was not golf, but simply the process of bumping stones to amuse themselves while attending to their sheep. Theirs was a simple game to drive for distance and see how far the pebble could be tossed.
The history of golf is a rather fantastic story to examine. It appears to have orginiated as an official game along in the 14th or 15th centuries. Although kings of Scotland tried to abolish the sport during that period, it was played furtively and the tradition was kept alive. Eventually the royal ban was lifted after a ruler was found playing the game that was banned by the royal family. After this incident the Scots preceded to openly play golf.
The first golf tournament was staged in 1860 and England formed its first golf club in 1864. The Irish and Welsh were not as interested in the game as their neighbours. The USA was also late in developing an interest in the game and although ti was introduced to it early on in the turn of the 19th century, real interest in the sport only began in 1885.

Weight Routine Basics
A repetition is the basic element used in weight training. One repetition of a weight training exercise usually consists of an up movement and a down movement. For example, when performing the dumbbell curl, lifting the dumbbell up to your shoulders and then lowering it back to the starting positions counts as one repetition. You should be careful not to perform repetitions too quickly, as this can result in joint injury.
As a general rule, a complete repetition should take about four to six seconds. You should take two to three second to raise the weight, pause for a moment and then take two to three seconds to lower the weight.
Using an Exercise Ball
An exercise ball is an accessory that can be used to vary your normal weight training routine. An exercise ball is particularly useful for working your core muscles, which include your back and abdominal muscles.
Exercise balls are a popular fitness tool that can be used in a variety of exercises, including stretching, and strength training. Also known as fitness balls, Swiss balls or stability balls, exercise balls are generally large, inflatable vinyl balls that will definitely make your workout more interesting.
The main appeal of exercise balls is their instability which requires your back and abdominal muscles to work at keeping your body balanced when using the ball, even if the exercise you are doing does not specifically target those muscles.
Exercise balls are relatively inexpensive and are available at most gyms or you can purchase your own at health, fitness or department stores. If you have never exercised before and you are just starting an exercise program, you should not use an exercise ball without supervision.

Cardiovascular Exercise
In addition to weight training, you need to perform cardiovascular exercise and maintain a proper diet to achieve overall physical health and fitness. Regular cardiovascular exercise and a balanced diet help improve the health of your heart, increase endurance and energy levels and reduce body fat.
Cardiovascular exercise and nutrition can help you develop an effective cardiovascular routine and a nutrition plan that will in turn help you become stronger and healthier. It is an important complement to your weight training program. In addition to getting your heart pumping and your blood circulating, cardiovascular exercise can help you burn a lot of calories in a short period of time and burn fat to make your muscles appear more defined. You may have difficulty seeing your weight training results due to the layers of fat that hide your muscles. The best cardiovascular exercises are the ones that work large muscle groups such as your legs.
Cardiovascular Exercise improves the health of your heart, lowers blood pressure, increases endurance and energy levels, reduces body fat, improves mood and can make you less susceptible to fatigue and illness. By making cardiovascular exercise part of your regular workout routine, you also reduce the risk of developing heart disease, diabetes and other serious medical conditions.

Weight Training Misconceptions
There are many weight training misconceptions that can discourage people from joining a gym and working out. Here is some information to dispel two common weight lifting myths and clear up some of the common misconceptions.
Weight Training will make you too big:
This is a common misconception, especially prevalent among women. The reality of the matter is that women would have to lift muscles for several continuous years before they would be able to gain a significant amount of muscle mass. Women do not have as much testosterone in their bodies as men, which is one of the main hormones that allows you to gain muscle mass.
Weight Training can reduce fat in a specific area of my body:
This misconception is referred to as spot reducing. In reality, weight training cannot reduce fat in a specific area of your body, but it can reduce fat throughout your entire body. When you work specific muscle groups, you are simply toning the muscles underneath the fat. The best way to lose fat is through a combination of proper diet, exercise and weight training.

The Benefits of Weight Training
Weight training has a number of benefits, which include reducing stress and improving your energy level. You may want to consult with your doctor before you start a weight training program, especially if you have medical problems, past injuries or have not been active for a long period of time. If you have concerns, or are unsure of where to start, you can always hire a personal trainer to design a safe training program for you.
Weight Training Increases strength of your muscles and they become more efficient and stronger as a result of the stress placed on them when lifting weight. Weight training also helps prevent muscle atrophy as you become older.
Weight Training prevents injuries, when you have strong muscles; you have better control, balance and coordination to perform everyday activities. Strong muscles protect your joints from injury.
Weight Training helps control you weight by raising your resting metabolic rate, which means you burn more calories throughout the day. The more muscle you have, the higher your resting metabolic rate.

Google recently unveiled a new service called Account Activity, which allows users to peruse records of their activity that Google has kept.
It is a monthly report that summarizes activity on Google services such as search, Gmail, Youtube and Google+. It also reports location and device type usage. The service can also be used to check account security, since any anomalous access would be shown in the report.
Google states that the reports can be deleted at any time, but deleting any information in them doesn’t affect the records Google keeps.
